PS4U Ltd was founded by Rajesh Unnithan, a seasoned project and programme management professional with over 20 years of experience delivering complex digital and business transformation initiatives across Europe.

Raj holds MSP Practitioner and SAFe SPC certifications and has led programmes for organisations including Syngenta, RBS, and GE Capital — spanning regulatory compliance, IT modernisation, operational efficiency and large-scale systems integration.

Based in the UK and working primarily across European markets, PS4U provides the kind of senior, hands-on project leadership that's typically locked behind large consultancy day rates. We work as an extension of your team — not a replacement for it.
